From our clients’ initial consideration of new properties, they rely on us to become involved at this early stage with their designers to examine the proposed buildings’ ability to be fit for the purpose they require.

Working in partnership

We work in partnership with our clients to make sure that, before they go ahead to buy or sign a lease agreement, they know exactly how the environment can be made to work for them. It also ensures that they are aware of the amount of construction and interior alteration required, along with the budget level.  They are therefore fully aware what their set up costs are and how they will factor them into company targets.

This practise shortens the refurbishment period, once our clients take over the property. We are then able to move on to the required strip out and refurbishment programme, keeping our clients advised and updated at every stage, working to the pre agreed budgets and timescales.

We have one Director level, point of project contact to give client continuity and full project understanding and control.
