We were asked by the client’s Building Surveyors to tender competitively for a strip out and refurbishment of a full floor, in one of Edinburgh’s prestigious Georgian properties, ready for their client to move into.
Having won the tender for the refurbishment, we started on site, by stripping out existing fixtures and fittings followed by:
The Space
Cat B Office Refurbishment, including new minimalistic kitchen with dining area, to create a ‘break out’ space. Bespoke glazed partitioning.
Decoration
Redecoration with strong feature wall to create a motivating environment. Bespoke blinds.
Flooring
Hard and soft floor finishes.
Lighting
Replacement of all lighting, specified by client.
Electrical
Installation of passive cabling, to client’s very precise requirements.
IT / Security
Full IT installation. CCTV and door entry.
The client is absolutely delighted with the end result and more than happy with the attention to detail that we gave, to deliver each element of the programme.
