We were appointed to undertake the strip out and full refurbishment of Rettie’s first boutique style branch in Glasgow.
The works involved working with the client, their interior designer and IT department, from concept to completion, transforming a detailed retail unit into the boutique style brand that Rettie now favours and thus making their vision, reality.
The Space
CAT B branch refurbishment including bespoke finishes, custom made walnut sliding door and stair railing with custom made shopfront, signage and window display. New sanitaryware and upgraded kitchen.
Finishes
Bespoke panelled wall and designer wallcovering.
Flooring
Soft and hard floorcovering.
Lighting
New ceiling mounted lighting, large pendants, floor and table lamps and external lighting.
Electrical
New electrics throughout including slimline electric convector heaters.
IT
Data cabling alterations to comply with the client’s specific requirements.
The client was delighted with the dramatic transformation and as a result of this success, we were then asked to carry out the refurbishment of the Bearsden branch.
